When ordering replacement parts, the following data is necessary:
- Customer Identification Number
- Name of Customer
- Dautel-Serial Number
- Model of your Dautel product
- The item number
- The item's name
- The amount desired
- The shipping method
You can find the serial / fabrication number
- for tail lifts on the nameplate in the control unit
- for tippers on the front wall on the left in the direction of travel or in the area of the tipper control in the driver's door
It is also possible to order replacement parts online via our electronic replacement parts catalog. The catalog is only available per request and may be unavailable in your country. Contact us to find out more. When ordering from the online catalog, we offer a special 6% discount on the net value of the order.
Possible shipment options depend on which country the package is being sent to and the size of the parcel - for this reason, please contact us for your shipping options.
Please contact the Dautel representative in your country for orders. If there is no Dautel representative in your country, you can contact Dautel Germany directly.
Replacement parts cannot be deliverd to PO box addresses
Deliveries directly from the factory generally have additional shipping and handling charges
Order confirmations can be made for orders with an established delivery time on request, but not for parcel service and express shipments sent within the same day of the order.
The prices on the current valid replacement parts list apply. Parts that cannot be discounted are marked with the word "NETTO"
When ordering replacement parts, the following data is necessary:
- Customer Identification Number
- Name of Customer
- Dautel-Serial Number
- Model of your Dautel product
- The item number
- The item's name
- The amount desired
- The shipping method
Unneeded parts can be returned to us after confirmation from our replacement parts sales department, as long as these parts are in the original packaging, look new, and haven't been used. Make sure to include the delivery note or invoice and the completed Dautel return delivery note with the returned part.
As compensation for our time, we withhold 10% of the list price of the item, or at least 25 Euro.
Returns with a value of less than 75 Euro or a storage period of more than 12 months, as well as small parts under 5 Euro are excluded from our return and credit policy.
