DAUTEL LIFTER

This DAUTEL liftgate enables simple assembly in the case of special body situations for these chassis. With the "clamp-on" attachment, working time is reduced and the installation of a suspension on or between the chassis frames can be eliminated.

• The very steep installation angle enables assembly even on very short body overhangs; the required installation space is only approx. 665 mm.
• The short supporting tube can be fitted between the tires.
• A special swing arm contour prevents or reduces cut-outs in the closing profile.
• The drive unit is delivered as preassembled on the supporting tube between the supporting arms and is easy to maintain.
• The variable, bolted suspension is height-adjustable with pre-drilled angle rails.

Depending on the frame structure, assembly be on a trailer or semitrailer:

 

• Can be bolted onto a suspension already in the chassis.
• In conjunction with pre-drilled U-sections for welding on between the trailer longitudinal supports.
• "Clamp-on" (registered for European patent). The variable mounting technology without welding and drilling enables assembly without suspension and without respraying. No matter which assembly solution you choose, the mounting technology offers you a great many advantages.
